Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
The person responsible for processing your personal data is: Diva Misteriosa – Táxis, Lda. (responsible for Diva Tuk Tours hereinafter referred to as ‘DTT’).
Entities providing services with which DTT enters into collaboration agreements for the best provision of the electric vehicle tourism service, respecting Portuguese legislation on the protection of personal data.
No international data transfers will be made to third countries.
Likewise, your personal data may be transferred to third parties, with whom a contract is formalised that establishes the obligations and responsibilities they assume in the processing of the data, in their capacity as subcontractors.

Right of access,
Rectification and erasure: interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not DTT is processing personal data concerning them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right of limitation and opposition: in certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case, DTT will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of any claims.

DTT reserves the right to modify and/or update the information on data protection when necessary for the correct fulfilment of data protection regulations. In the event of modification, the new text will be published on this page, where you can access the current policy. In any case, the relationship with users will be governed by the rules in force at the exact time the website is accessed.
